“Crash Out (feat. FLO)” feels like one of Hydraulic’s most magnetic moments — where Josh Levi’s smooth soul meets FLO’s playful bit of swagger. Over a pulsating beat that nudges at tension and release, Levi’s promise to “make you crash out ’til you tap out” becomes both a seductive vow and a test of emotional chemistry.

The tension is sharpened by FLO’s verse. They flip the power dynamic, teasing back: “You say you gon’ make me tap out like it’s wrestling … I wear the pants even when you’re undressing them.” Their response gives the track its spark, turning what could have been a one-sided serenade into a playful duel of desire and agency.

In context, “Crash Out” underlines the duality at the heart of Hydraulic — love as both mechanical system and human mess. Levi’s hydraulic metaphor (love requires pressure, maintenance, tuning) threads through this track more naturally than others on the album. And by sharing a vocal space with FLO — rather than overpowering them — Levi elevates Crash Out into one of the album’s standout showdowns.
