Kendrick Lamar is set to headline the Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show on February 9, 2025, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, LA. In preparation for this monumental event, the production team is seeking to hire 500 crew members to assist with various aspects of the halftime show. This presents a unique opportunity for individuals to be part of one of the most-watched musical performances worldwide.

Position Overview:

The roles available are primarily for field team members who will be responsible for assembling the show stage and moving scenic elements on and off the field during the performance. These positions are crucial to ensuring the seamless execution of the halftime show.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following requirements:

•Age: Must be at least 18 years old by January 25, 2025.

•Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.

•Background Check: Willing to submit to a pre-hire background check.

•Confidentiality: Must sign and adhere to a strict pre-hire confidentiality agreement.

•Physical Health: Capable of rigorous activity, including running on and off the field as directed.

•Availability: Must be available for all scheduled rehearsals and the show on Super Bowl Sunday.

•Non-Professional Status: Participants must not be professional performers or members of SAG-AFTRA or any other professional dance union or organization. Additionally, participants should have no prior employment as a performer in the entertainment industry within the past three years.

•Transportation: Must provide their own transportation; parking will be provided.

•Demographic Requirement: Must identify as an African American male.

Compensation:

This is a paid position at the rate of $12.00 per hour. Please note that travel and accommodations are not provided or reimbursed.

Rehearsal Schedule:

A minimum of seven rehearsals will be held at a location within proximity to Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, LA. Rehearsals are tentatively scheduled between Saturday, January 25, and Saturday, February 8, 2025. Specific locations and times will be communicated upon selection. Absence or lateness for any rehearsal may result in removal from the show, so please ensure full availability for all posted rehearsal dates leading up to Super Bowl Sunday.
